Keto, plant base, Mediterranean, Atkins, Paleo…The list of diets are endless, with new ones always coming out
It can be confusing to know what to do, we all have a friend who swears that they achieved their goal by switching diets
James will respond to the following questions:
•Do you need to change your diet?
•Which one is best for a triathlete?
•Which one allows optimal performance?
The session will be brief in order to leave as much time as possible for Q&A.
