The track sessions are ideal to build running speed and technique. The sessions consist of interval work, with efforts and recovery to build aerobic and anaerobic fitness. There will also be some drill work to develop running technique and efficiency.

- Jacket and tracksuit bottems, gloves and hat in the winter months.
Horspath Track has plenty of parking. There are also railngs outside the clubhouse for locking bikes to, or carry bikes through and lock them up just inside the track near the club house.
Meeting up point
Oxford Tri generally meet at the far side of the track beyond the back straight. To get there go into the club house and out of the door to the track (say you are training with Oxford Tri). Then jog round the outside of the track to the back straight where we meet. Please do not (ever) cross the throws field and while on the track keep out of the way of any other training groups that are using the track.
