Motivation and Confidence are the foundations of our mental strength in triathlon and everything else we do.

This workshop will trigger questions regarding our commitment to mental preparation, alongside our fitness preparation. Coach Alain Torri will share some useful tips to prepare ourselves mentally to the challenges presented by triathlon when training or racing. Developing a programme to increase confidence and improve motivation will lead to higher performances.
