These sessions suit all abilities* with athletes grouped in different lanes by swim speed. The sessions start with a gentle warm up, followed by swim drills to improve technique, then a main set to develop endurance/speed and ending with a warm down.
Sign up opens at 20:45 one week before the session and closes at 18:30 on the day of the session.

- £1 for lockers
- Pool buoy, fins and paddles if you have these (club have some spare)
The sports centre has ample parking and covered bike racks.
Meeting up point
Oxford Tri meet just beyond reception 10 mins before the sessions starts to allow us to get onto pool side ready to swim at the start time. If your early or late let the receptionist know your with Oxford Tri and they should let you through the turnstile.
