Sign up opens at 20:00 2 days before the session
These sessions suit all abilities* with athletes grouped in different lanes by swim speed. The sessions start with a gentle warm up, followed by swim drills to improve technique, then a main set to develop endurance/speed and ending with a warm down.

- £1 for lockers
- Pool buoy, fins and paddles if you have these (club have some spare)
The sports centre has free parking, however you need to get a ticket from the machine to avoid being fined. There are also bike racks outside the reception.
Meeting up point
Oxford Tri meet near reception 10 mins before the sessions starts to allow us to get onto pool side ready to swim at the start time.
