James Potts MSc in Sport Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University has offered to give exclusively to members of OxfordTri a brief talk about the optimisation of the recovery process, aided by nutrition and hydration.
James will touch on the following topic:
•The ins and outs on how optimise your recovery using nutritional strategies
•Helping you to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury
•How to ensure rehydration
•What foods should you eat straight after training
•What is essential to recovery and what is not
The session will be brief in order to leave as much time as possible for Q&A.
