An hour of cycle training on static Spinning bikes at OXSRAD to suit all levels of fitness. 

 All you need to bring is water, a sweat towel, and some firm soled running or training shoes to use with the pedals which have straps. If you have SPD clips you can use those. The pedals cannot be removed so no other clip-less pedals can be used.

Arrive about 5 minutes early to sort bike fit.
The session is coached and will build cycling efficiency, speed and strength. Plenty of hill work! You can also do a run off the bike if you want to.

There are only 13 bikes so booking is essential.
