Stages Cycling (https://stagescycling.com/eneu/) is an advanced version of indoor cycling where users focus on power using gages on a screen in front of you.

Session is in the Fitness studio in the Oxford University sports centre on Iffley Road. Entrance from Jackdaw lane or next to the Roger Bannister track on Iffley road.

To track and record your workouts please register at www.stagesflight.com before the session, it takes a couple of minutes and is free. The OU site code is GD117.

You need to bring water, a sweat towel, membership card and some firm soled running or training shoes to use with the pedals which have straps. If you have SPD clips you can use those. The pedals cannot be removed so no other clip-less pedals can be used.

Arrive 18:45 to set up/log in. The session starts in earnest at 19:00.
