An hour of cycle training on static spinning bikes at OXSRAD to suit all levels of fitness. The session is coached and will build cycling efficiency, speed and strength and will include plenty of hill work! In the summer months session will include runs off the bike.


  • Water bottle
  •  Sweat Towel 
  • Firm soled running or training shoes to use with the pedals which have straps. If you have SPD clips you can use those. The pedals cannot be removed so no other clip-less pedals can be used.


OXSRAD has plenty of parking outide which is free from 6pm. There are also cycle racks outside.

Meeting up point

Meet up in the reception area of OXSRADs a 5 minutes before the session so that we can get in to the stuido promptly to abjust the bikes.
