This will be a fun session, lasting 1 hour, with a view to alternating between high cadence / low resistance and lower cadence / higher resistance, building the duration for each. As this will be a video conference, you will be able to join with video and audio if you wish and interact with fellow triathletes so we can try to keep some of the social elements of our training.
All you need is a bike and a turbo, a drink and a towel.

You don't need an account to join, but if you are joining using a mobile phone or tablet you will find it much easier to install the Zoom App. You will be prompted to download the app when you follow the link.
- Please dont participate if you have, or suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches and pains.
- Note sessions are streamed using Zoom and we dont control the security of either Zoom or the other participant. Consider the view of your house could be made public, if appropriate dont join the video stream and use a nick name.
