Being quick and effective in transition is an important skill and one that is often overlooked but a small amount of practice can reap huge time savings in comparison to the training needed to improve swim, bike and run times. These sessions are open to all abilities and will help you understand what you need with you in transition, how to set up your transition and some practice putting it all together.
Please bring as a minimum: Bike, bike shoes(if you use them), helmet, runners, swim hat, goggles (we'll practice as if coming in from the swim...no wetsuit needed though!).
Recommended: Things you might wear on the bike in bad weather like rain cape, gilet, arm warmers etc. and any other things you normally have in transition like sunglasses, socks, towel
It'll be best to wear your tri suit too (or whatever you normally wear on the bike and run).
If the weather is dry, we'll be on the grass beside the Oxsrad building but if it's wet, we'll be inside in the Studio (the one we use for turbo, AGMs etc.).
