An hour and a half indoor static cycling session.
Bring your own turbo trainer along or borrow one from the club (first-come-first-served). Arrive early (allow at least 15 minutes) to set up. If you are new to the turbo sessions, make yourself known to the coach in charge, who will assist you in setting up your bike/trainer.
These sessions are great for building up a sweat when the roads and weather conditions are not ideal. They are coached and will build cycling efficiency, speed and strength. The session is indoors and is similar to a spinning class but with an emphasis on real world cycling technique.
Bring a towel, water and maybe something to eat afterwards. The cafe' at Oxsrad is open.
